To access the full range of 4447bd services, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify 4447bd promptly of any changes to your registration details.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 4447bd platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. 4447bd employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses or winnings generated on secondary accounts may be forfeited.

• Opening more than one account, or assisting any other person to open accounts in violation of these Terms

• Colluding with other players or with platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards 4447bd staff or other users

You further agree that you are not accessing the 4447bd platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering and depositing.

4447bd reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including suspending or permanently closing accounts, withholding balances pending investigation, and reporting relevant activity to competent authorities where required by law.

While 4447bd takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, secure, and uninterrupted service, the platform makes no warranty — express or implied — that the service will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or data loss at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4447bd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4447bd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains a typographical or technical error

• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain appropriate password security

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 4447bd complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. The 4447bd complaints process is initiated by contacting [email protected] with full details of your complaint, and 4447bd commits to acknowledging all complaints within two business days and providing a substantive response within ten business days.
